Hello Dodd

Most companies are obliged to give you the detail of how they have worked out your pension benefit. Detail such as, length of your pensionable service, final pensionable salary and accrual rate etc. If they have not, you have right to ask for it. Then you can check the the calculation if it is according to terms & conditions of your pension scheme.
